Sozawen is a desktop music production application created by Daysha Lindale ("we," "us," "our"). These terms govern your use of the sozawen.com website and the Sozawen software application.
Sozawen is sold as a one-time purchase through LemonSqueezy, our payment processor. By purchasing, you receive a perpetual license key and access to download the software. All future updates are included in your purchase price.
Pricing is listed in USD. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by LemonSqueezy based on your location.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Sozawen for any reason, contact us or request a refund through LemonSqueezy within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Your purchase grants you a perpetual, non-transferable license to use Sozawen on one computer. Full license terms are in the End User License Agreement.
You retain full ownership of all audio, music, recordings, and creative works you produce using Sozawen. We claim no rights, licenses, or ownership over anything you create.
Sozawen requires Windows 10 or Windows 11. AI features (stem separation, lyric transcription) require additional model downloads and benefit from a dedicated GPU. The core DAW (recording, editing, mixing, effects, export) works on any modern Windows machine.
Support is provided via email on a best-effort basis. We are an independent operation, not a large company. We will do our best to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
The sozawen.com website is provided for informational purposes. We aim to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that all information is current at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Sozawen or the website, including loss of data or lost revenue. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Software or website after changes constitutes acceptance.
